Introduction:
In addition to the XiR-3500 we recently reviewed, the HOC-9000 is the second of the two newest coolers just off the line from Nexus. In addition to it's eye catching looks, which can be enhanced by means of the included sticker panels, this cooler also has some innovative new ideas behind it's design which I will explain as this review progresses!
