The MB982SP-1S comes packaged in a box not much larger than the enclosure itself. The box is dual-purpose and highlights both the MB982SP-1S and it's brother the MB982IP-1S which also has SAS support. A sticker in the lower left corner will indicate the product inside the box.

The front and sides of the box use a variety of diagrams to highlight the various uses of the MB982SP-1S. Around back is a basic specifications chart, and a product description in 9 other languages.

Inside the box you'll find the MB982SP-1S chassis itself, a short quick-start manual, and four screws. Since the MB982SP-1S is tool-less inside, these screws are for mounting the MB982SP-1S inside whatever chassis you're using it in (assuming screws are needed).
