It's fairly common to walk into a home or small office and see a laser printers as the primary printer, instead of an inkjet. Although an inkjet printer is known for still having the highest image quality available to consumers, it's also a very costly type of printer to maintain. Supplies are expensive, and seem to run out faster than you can replace them. This is where laser printers have the edge - supplies are very cheap which keep printing costs low. However, laser printers often fall short in being able to match up to the image quality of an inkjet. When Samsung offered to let me give their CLP-620ND a test drive, I was expecting performance fairly similar to most colour office laser printers I've seen before. But, after running off my first few pictures, it was evident than the CLP-620ND was a step ahead of that expectation!
